Specification support
The junction you detailed is the junction we fabricate. We advise on the product route that meets the sightline, performance and finish you have specified, without value-engineering surprises.

Architects and specifiers
Send the detail you have drawn for windows, doors, curtain walling or internal glazed screens. We confirm a product route that holds it. Before we make anything, we check that route against your drawing and name the documents your project needs.
Fabricated in Haydock, St HelensTrade-only supply from our own workshop.

Thermal, security, weather and acoustic targets are reviewed for the actual opening, glazing, hardware and exposure. A generic website value is never a project guarantee.
Ask for the current evidence relevant to the selected route before fabrication, ordering or relying on a claimed performance. Installation and final sign-off remain with the responsible project parties.
Specification reference
Every performance number on this site traces to a standard and a tested configuration. These set out which standard, what it measures, and what the class is tied to, so a value can be specified rather than assumed.
| Product | Frame | Max leaf or panel (w x h) | Max weight | U-value, W/m²K, at the glass Ug shown | Security route |

PAS 24 not stated for our build yet: the system supplier's August 2026 data sheet lists it as PAS 24, which depends on the tested hardware, so the security route is confirmed at quote. |

Common questions
The system manufacturer’s. Curtain walling is fabricated to BS EN 13830 and windows and doors to BS EN 14351-1, and those standards describe the tested performance of the systems we fabricate in, held against a tested configuration. VitrineAlu fabricates to those configurations. Ask for the current route-specific evidence before relying on a figure in a specification.
Not as they stand. Each published figure is read from the system’s U-value table at the glass it names, and at the test size or configuration it holds for. The figure for your opening depends on its actual size, glazing, configuration and installation, so it is confirmed at quote rather than taken from a web page or a brochure.
The drawing or elevation, the exposure category, the thermal target and the programme dates. We look at the drawing first and tell you the day your price will be ready, including any detail that needs a special or a structural check.
We supply only. We fabricate in Haydock and do not install, so we are never bidding against the glazing subcontractor on your project. Installation and final sign-off stay with the responsible project parties.
On the specified route, yes. Which documentation applies depends on the product route and the project, so tell us the requirement at enquiry and it is confirmed against the selected system rather than assumed.
Yes. Project-specific certified IFC4 models (ISO 10303-21 STEP physical format) with embedded Pset_WindowCommon and Pset_DoorCommon property sets, including calculated Document L Uw thermal transmittance, acoustic Rw ratings, and PAS 24 security, are generated for architect import into Revit, Archicad, and Vectorworks.
